Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat waffle iron.
  2. Separate egg whites.
  3. Beat egg whites.
  4. Combine all dry ingredients.
  5. Add yolks, oil, and milk to dry ingredients and beat.
  6. Add whites and beat until smooth.
  7. Pour batter into iron.
