Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine yeast, water, & sugar-let proof( become frothy) -if you are using yeast fron the fridge you must let it get to room temp.
  2. Mix ,eggs, milk ,salt , butter and proofed yeast
  3. Add first 4 c flour
  4. Add rest of flour
  5. Cover the dough & let sit overnight in the fridge
  6. Punch it down
  7. Roll it out onto a floured surface
  8. Cut into 4 x 4 squares
  9. Lay on rack to drain
  10. Sift powdered sugar over beignets while still hot
  11. ENJOY!
