Ingredients:

  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup beer
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together (batter will be lumpy)
  2. Pour batter onto hot griddle or pan (approx. 1/4 cup batter for each pancake), be sure to spray on some cooking spray (like Pam) so pancakes wont stick.
  3. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Note: for thinner batter use more beer!
