Ingredients:

  • 340 ml beer
  • 30 ml soy sauce
  • 15 ml chopped gingerroot

Directions:

  1. Mix together till sugar is dissolved.
  2. Baste meat while grilling or use as marinade.
  3. For best flavour marinade overnight in fridge.
  4. Prep time does not include the time it takes to marinade.
