Ingredients:

  1. Soak rice in water 1/2 hour , drain
  2. In pan melt butter add clove star anise fennel
  3. Brown a minute
  4. Add garlic and ginger
  5. Brown add onions add beef and brown may need to add a little more butter
  6. Add spices
  7. And brown
  8. Add potato
  9. Brown a little
  10. Add broth
  11. Add rice drained
  12. And green chili
  13. Add salt and pepper
  14. Cover and simmer 20 minutes until rice is cooked.
