Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook beef in margarine. Add onion,chili powder and salt. Soten tortillas one at a time in enchilada sauce or fry in oil. Spoon on meat filling,roll up and arrange in baking pan seam side down. Pour on enchilada sauce,sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 15-30 mins. Serve hot with a little additional onion on top for garnish.
  2. Can also sprinkle with a little cilanto if desired.
