  4. COOK FOR FURTHER 20 MINUTES. LADLE IN SOUP DISHES AND
  5. DRIZZLE SOME OF THE REMAINING OLIVE OIL ON TOP OF EACH PLATE.
  6. YOU CAN OMIT THE CHICKEN, AND REPLACE WITH LENTIL OR
  7. COOKED GARBANZO BEANS.
