BBQ Shrimp and Bacon Appetizer

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put shrimp and bacon into bowl with bbq sauce, seal and allow to matinate in fridg for 12 hours or overnight. Prepare skewers by soaking in water (we wet them and wrap in celo to be left in the fridg overnight).
  2. When ready, wrap each shirmp with 1 strip of bacon and put on skewer leaving 1//4 space between each. Place skewers on broiling pan and broil for 3 minute on each side or until bacon is crisp.
  3. Remove shrimp from skewers, w/fork, onto platter and use dressing for dipping sauce.
