BBQ Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl combine BBQ sauce, vinegar and whiskey. Whisk to combine. Set aside and allow flavors to cme together.
  2. Add bacon to the bowl of a food processor and blend until bacon becomes a paste.
  3. Add salt, pepper, paprikas, and sugar. Pulse until well combined.
  4. Pat chicken with a paper towel to dry.
  5. Add bacon paste mixture to chicken; mix with hands until chicken is completely coated.
  6. Place chicken on skewers.
  7. Place on preheated grill.
  8. Cook on each side for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Brush cooked surface with barbecue sauce and cook each side (coated in sauce) for 1 additional minute.
  10. Remove kabobs from grill.
  11. Pour remaining barbeque sauce into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour into a serving container and serve barbecue sauce along side kabobs.
