Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 1 cup brewer's yeast
  • 3 tbsp canola oil

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400*.Line a shieet with parchment paper, set aside.
  2. Mix flour, wheat germ, brewer's yeast together in a medium bowl.
  3. In another bowl, combine oil and garlic.alternating add 1 cup chicken stock and flour mixture in 3 parts - mix well until combined.
  4. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead about 2 minutes by hand.
  5. The dough will be sticky.
  6. Roll dough out to about 1/2 thick.
  7. Cut out shapes and place on prepared sheets.
  8. Bake 20-25 minutes, turn off oven, leaving oven door closed.
  9. Leave pan in oven for 1 1/2 hours or overnight.
  10. To allow the treats to dry.
  11. Store in refrigerator.
