Barbecued Meat Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp hot fat
  • 1 16 oz can tomatoes (mashed )
  • 2 tbsp vinegar

Directions:

  1. Mix well beef, oats, onion, milk, 1 1/2 tsp salt and pepper. Roll in flour and brown in fat. Drain off grease. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat balls. Cover and cook slowly about 40 minutes.
