Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat beans, salt, and water to boiling; Cover; simmer 1 hour.
  2. Drain; reserve liquid.
  3. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  4. Layer beans, ham and onion in 2 quart baking dish.
  5. Stir remaining ingredients and 1/2 cup reserved liquid.
  6. Pour over beans.
  7. Cover and bake 1 hour, or until beans are tender, adding liquid as needed.
