Ingredients:

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Add above ingredients in to a blender. Blend till all are combined and the shake is nice and smooth. Enjoy!
