Directions:

  1. Cook sausages.
  2. Cook finely diced veg (sprinkles).
  3. Prepare mash and gravy.
  4. Slice sausages longways like you would a banana for banana split.
  5. Using icecream scoop, place 2 balls of mash on sausages.
  6. Sprinkle with diced veg.
  7. Drizzle with gravy.
