Banana Split Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 pint strawberry
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1 tbsp cocoa , sifted
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Line 4 banana split dishes with endive.
  2. Peel bananas and slice in half lenghthwise.
  3. Placed sliced bananas atop each dish.
  4. Reserve 4 large strawberriesf or garnish.
  5. Hull and slice remaining berries.
  6. Combine sliced strawberries, blueberries and coconut.
  7. Divide mixture between dishes.
  8. Spoon 1/4 cup dressing over each salad.
  9. Mocha Dressing:.
  10. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Chill before serving.
