Banana Sour Cream Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 11/2 cups flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 11/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup milk + 1 tbsp
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

Directions:

  1. Sift together all dry ingredients (first four)
  2. Mix together all wet ingredients (other then bananas)
  3. Pour onto hot griddle and add sliced banana on top.
  4. Cook until bubbles form and flip, cook until golden brown.
