Cinnamon Banana Cake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Put egg and applesauce into large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix with a spoon.
  4. Add honey, and vanilla.
  5. Mix.
  6. Add bananas, flour, baking powder, and water.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Add cereal.
  9. Mix.
  10. Pour into 11 by 7 glass baking dish, lightly sprayed.
  11. Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
  12. Bake in oven at 325 for 25-30 minutes.
  13. Check with knife, it should come out almost clean, but be slightly warm and gooey inside.
  14. If not done then check every 3 or so minutes.
  15. Cool 30 minutes.
  16. Freezes superbly.
