Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine pecans and brown sugar then mix in sour cream and set aside.
  2. Combine egg, bananas, sugar and oil then mix well.
  3. Stir in pancake mix until just moistened.
  4. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
  5. Drop 1 teaspoon pecan mixture in center of each muffin.
  6. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
