Directions:

  1. 1. Chop peppers finely and soften cream cheese. Mix together until smooth, add rest of ingredients. Right before baking drizzle olive oil and bread crumbs on top.
  2. 2. Bake 350 for 25 minutes.
  3. 3. Enjoy!
