Hot Banana Pepper Mustard

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp flour

Directions:

  1. Wash, remove all seeds and finely chop banana peppers.
  2. Cook banana peppers and vinegar together over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Add mustard, sugar and salt to pepper mixture and bring to boil.
  4. Combine flour and water together to smooth paste.
  5. Add to pepper/mustard mixture.
  6. Mix well.
  7. When cool, blend with hand mixer.
