Banana Orange Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 3 cups heavy cream, lightly whipped

Directions:

  1. Peel and mash bananas.
  2. Combine with lemon juice, salt, sugar and fresh orange juice.
  3. Fold confectioners' sugar into lightly whipped heavy cream.
  4. Add to banana mixture.
  5. Churn-freeze.
