Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl. Beat eggs in small bowl. Stir in bananas, oil, and water. Add to dry mixture. Stir, will be lumpy. Pour into greased 9x5 in loaf pan.
  3. Bake 55 to65 min until knife comes out clean. Cool 10 min remove from pan. Makes 18 1/2 in slices.
