Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp applesauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Mix bananas, margarine, apple sauce, and vanilla.
  4. Mix dry ingredients with banana mixture.
  5. Pour into muffin pan and bake 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
