  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, make a well in center of mixture. Combine remaining ingredients, add to dry mixture, stirring until moistened.
  2. Pur batter into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan, and cool on wire rack.
