Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar together until smooth.add eggs to creamed mixture.
  2. Add flour and baking soda to butter and egg mixture,stir to blend well,add bananas and nuts and/ or raisins; combine well.
  3. Pour mixture in greased and floured 9'' x 5 x 3 loaf pan.bake at 350 F for about 6o minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the loaf comes out clean.remove from pan and allow to cool before slicing.
