Ingredients:

  • 10 bananas (lakatan is a good choice), peeled and cut lengthwise into two

Directions:

  1. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together until well-incorproated.
  2. Coat the banana slices with the sugar and cinnamon mixture
  3. Heat your frying pan in high heat for 5 minutes
  4. Add oil
  5. When oil is hot enough for frying, fry banana slices until the sugar coating develops a caramelized consistency
  6. Pat dry in paper towels and serve
