Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and prepare muffin pans.
  2. Sift flour and baking powder then stir in bran and make well in center.
  3. Melt butter, curry powder, syrup and condensed milk together.
  4. Dissolve soda in the milk and pour into dry ingredients with butter mixture and bananas.
  5. Stir until just combined then spoon into pans and bake 15 minutes.
