Banana Chocolate Chip Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup. butter
  • 1 1/2 cup. brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 cup. mashed overripe bananas

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Sift togeter flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt into a bowl. Stir in the chocolate chips and set aside
  3. Cream together butter and sugar than add the bananas.
  4. Add eggs one at a time making sure they are incorporated before added the next.
  5. Slowly add the flour and mix until just combined, making sure to stop and scrape the sides and bottom.
  6. Pour into two greased loaf pans and bake at 350 degree for about 1 hour, checking doness with a toothpick.
  7. Cool for 10 mins in the pan, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
