Ingredients:
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup black tea
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cardamom
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 banana
Directions:
1. 1. Place banana in freezer overnight.
2. 2. Combine remaining ingredients and store in refrigerator overnight.
3. 3. Add banana to mixture and blend.
