Directions:

  1. Throw zucchini into glass baking dish, dribble olive oil over it.
  2. Add your spices
  3. Pour sauce over the dish, mix it all around.
  4. Top with parmesean cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until desired tenderness of vegtable.
