  1. Wash, dry and cut zucchini lengthwise. Rub with olive oil and place cut-side down on baking sheet. Bake about 30 to 45 minutes. Flip zucchini over and sprinkle equally with cheese and garlic salt. Bake or broil a few minutes, until cheese forms brown crust.
