Baked Taco Sandwhich

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) package taco seasoning
  • 1 cup orginial bisquick baking mix
  • 1/3 cup water
  • sour cream , if desired
  • lettuce , if desired
  • tomato , if desired

Directions:

  1. Grease square pan.
  2. Cook beef as directed on seasoning mix.
  3. Mix Bisquick mix and cold water until smooth; spread into pan.
  4. Spread beef mixture over dough.
  5. Heat oven to 450 degrees.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until edges are golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Immediatly sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Let stand 1-2 minutes or until cheeese is melted.
  9. Serve with sour cream, lettuce and tomatoes.
