Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup rice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix rice milk and salt together in greased 2 qt casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour n 15 minutes, stirring several times. Mix eggs n sugar together and add to rice, stirring well. Bake for 15 more minutes. Sprinkle with top with cinnamon.
