Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl (oatmeal through cinnamon)
  3. Combine wet ingredients (milk through butter)
  4. Barely mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients
  5. Place mix into a casserole dish and place in over for 20 minutes
  6. After 20 minutes, remove dish from oven and mix in dried fruit (and nuts and/or coconut if using)
  7. Bake for another 20 minutes
  8. This tastes the best when served with milk!
  9. Variations: replace milk with unsweetened soy milk and butter with oil for a vegan version. Add a 1/2 tsp of vanilla with the wet ingredients. Try cardamon or nutmeg with the cinnamon.
