Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. MIx together the oil, sugar and eggs.
  2. Add oatmeal, milk and baking powder.
  3. Mix all together.
  4. Bake uncovered in casserole dish at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
