Baked Oatmeal

A family favorite. Can easily be doubled (bake for 40 minutes).
Ingredients:
1/3 cup oil
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 cups old-fashioned oatmeal
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons baking powder
Directions:
1. MIx together the oil, sugar and eggs.
2. Add oatmeal, milk and baking powder.
3. Mix all together.
4. Bake uncovered in casserole dish at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
