Ingredients:

  • 1 purchased chocolate graham wafer pie crust
  • 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Bake at least one day before serving so that it hardens up.
  2. Pack ice cream on crust without too much pressure so crust doesn't crack.
  3. Freeze.
  4. Beat egg whites adding vanilla and sugar until stiff peaks form.
  5. Seal ice cream with meringue.
  6. Broil until light brown.
  7. Watch it closely.
  8. Freeze.
  9. Melt cholocate chips with 1 to 2 teaspoons water and pour over top.
  10. Add cherry or sprinkles.
