Baked Mediterranean Brie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Thinly slice off the top rind of the Brie.
  2. Mix together the olives, parsley and garlic and spread over the top.
  3. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.
  4. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.
