Baked Cranberry Sauce a'la Orange

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place fresh cranberries in an 8 baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle with sugar, orange zest& juice.
  3. Stir the berries with the juice and sugar.
  4. Bake uncovered in 325F for apprx an hour or until the berries pop.
  5. Remove from oven& stir in the sherry.
  6. Serve warm, room temp or chilled.
