Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Season your chicken the way you like it.
  2. Brown it in the shortening or olive oil.
  3. Place browned chicken in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
  4. Cook the onion and garlic in the drippings until tender.
  5. Add tomatoes and parmesan cheese; bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes; pour over chicken.
  7. Cover and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.
  8. Remove from oven; remove chicken from dish and set aside.
  9. Place drippings from baking dish in a saucepan.
  10. Blend drippings together with sour cream and flour.
  11. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens, 3 to 5 minutes.
  12. Pour sauce over chicken and serve.
