Baked Cheese Stuffing Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. In a pot, bring water to a boil.
  3. Add margarine.
  4. Stir in stuffing mix.
  5. Cover and remove from heat.
  6. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  7. Mix cheeses together.
  8. Mix eggs, broccoli and 1 cup of cheese mixture.
  9. Add to stuffing, mixing well.
  10. Spoon into 2 quart baking dish.
  11. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  12. Bake 20 minutes or until top is lightly browned and cheese is melted.
