Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat until hot.
  2. Add green chilli and onions.
  3. Saute till the onions turn light brown.
  4. Add all the veggies, red chilli powder and baked beans. Mix well.
  5. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. In your toaster in the meantime, toast the bread until it turns brown or as toasted as you would like it.
  7. Remove the beans mixture from heat.
  8. Spread it on the bread slice.
  9. Garnish with parsley and grated cheese.
  10. Serve hot.
