Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except apples and 8 tablespoons sugar in food processor.
  2. Blend to a coarse consistency let sit a few minutes.
  3. Put 3 tablespoons relish each apple then place in large baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon sugar and bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
