Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Take a large apple, and core it, but leave the bottom intact.
  2. Peel the top half of the apple
  3. Fill the hole with the honey, butter, and almonds
  4. Put in a shallow roasting pan with 1/2 inch of water
  5. Roast at 350 for an hour, basting with water and juice every 15 minutes.
  6. When done, garnish with cream if desired.
