Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Cheese Crackers

  1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, toasted almonds, jalapenos and marmalade
  2. Cover and chill
  3. Fry bacon in skillet over medium heat, about 2-3 minutes on each side (until slightly browned)
  4. Drain on paper towels
  5. Remove cream cheese mixture from fridge, and spread 1 tablespoon cheese mixture on each of the 24 crackers, then top with another cracker
  6. Wrap a slice of drained bacon around each stuffed cracker, overlapping bacon ends on bottom
  7. Place crackers, seam side down on UNGREASED baking sheet
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes (bacon needs to be crisp)
