Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Pound Chicken with fist or mallet to make thin.
  2. Rub salt and pepper on both sides of the chicken.
  3. Lay out slices of bacon with chicken on top of them. Sprinkle cheese on the chicken. Roll up the chicken and bacon with the bacon being on the outside. Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper.
  4. Place rolls with the seams down on baking dish. Bake 40 mins. Then melt butter in microwave. Pour butter over the chicken and then cook for another 10 mins.
