Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespons sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup cold water or milk
  • 6 slices bacon , crisply fried and crumbled (1/4 cup) or if you like more flavor add more

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.F
  2. Grease 12 medium muffin cups or use paper baking cups.
  3. Mix baking mix, sugar, egg and water or milk with fork; beat vigorously 1/2 minute.
  4. Stir in bacon.
  5. Fill muffin cups 2/3full.
  6. Bake 15 minutes. Serve warm
