Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel onions and remove centers with corer
  2. Fill centers with a cube of butter
  3. Criss-cross 2 pices of bacon around each onion
  4. Secure with a toothpick
  5. Place in a buttered casserole dish
  6. Sprinkle with seasoning salt
  7. Cover tightly with aluminum foil
  8. Bake at 375 degrees for 1-1/2 hours
  9. Can remove bacon before serving
