Bacon and Hummus Baguette Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • 8 slices bacon
  • 6 oz hummus

Directions:

  1. Grill the bacon on both sides until crisp.
  2. Cut the baguette in half lengthways and spread generously with hummus.
  3. Fill with the bacon and cut into 8 sandwiches.
