Baby Potatoes In Chinese Sauce

Ingredients:

  • salt - to taste
  • for the sauce
  • finely
  • finely

Directions:

  1. 1. Peel the baby potatoes. Pierce each potato with fork 3 to 4 times to ensure it cooks evenly. Take a pan. Put 3 tbsp oil. Fry the potatoes on a low/ medium flame. Cover the lid for 5 - 10 min. Remove the lid, Sprinkle salt and cook until it has a light golden colour. Keep aside
  2. 2. Take other pan. Cook on high flame. (You need to be really quick, If you can’t be quick do it on a medium flame). Put 1 tbsp oil. Put finely chopped garlic, fry it until golden brown. Put finely chopped chilli fry it. Then put salt, sugar, Soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, spring onions & corn flour (mixed with water 50 ml without any lumps) all at once. Keep stirring until it gets a thick consistency (sauce like consistency). Now Put the roasted baby potatoes and stir (allow It to blend). Serve Hot. (optional - Sprinkle fried white seasame seeds.)
